Since the rise of Netflix, almost every network can jumped into the streaming game. NBC has Peacock, CBS has Paramount+ and ABC has Hulu and Disney+. Fox is now entering into the streaming wars with FOX One.
Beginning later this month, FOX One will bring all of Fox’s news, sports and entertainment into one streaming platform. Viewers will have the ability to stream hit shows such as The Floor, Hell’s Kitchen and more. In addition, viewers can stream live news and sports including baseball.
Starting August 21, 2025, you can subscribe for $19.99 per month or $199.99 annually. The service includes FOX News Channel, FOX Business, FOX Weather, FOX Sports, FS1, FS2, FOX Deportes, B1G, FOX Local Stations and the FOX Network. However, you can bundle FOX Nation along with the service for $24.99 per month or $19.99 per month paid annually.
According to Pete Distad, CEO, Direct to Consumer, Fox Corporation, “We’re eager to launch FOX One in just a few weeks and super serve our viewers with the best in live news, sports and entertainment content all in one place.” He goes on to say, “We have created a great value proposition and user experience that will appeal to the cord-cutter and cord-never fans currently not served by conventional pay TV packages.”
This news comes on the heels of other streaming services restructuring their platforms. In more recent news, Disney announced that Hulu will no longer be a standalone app. It will be fully integrated into Disney+. Due to the economy and number of streaming services, many are cutting their subscriptions or strictly watching content on YouTube.
However, Fox is one of the largest providers of live sports right now. They include Major League Baseball, the World Series, the NFL, college football and basketball, the Belmont Stakes, IndyCar racing and the 2026 FIFA World Cup. With FOX One, viewers can stream all these for less than the price of the ESPN service launching the same day. Since the news comes ahead of the NFL season, this could be appealing to many sports fans. Although, unlike other streaming services, the platform will not offer exclusive or original content. You can learn more about the service at FOXOne.com.
